1. Who we are

JSC Alpaca (სს ალპაკა) is an SEO agency registered in Georgia, company ID 405375419, website https://alpaca.ge (“Alpaca”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and our LinkedIn ads, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

Website forms. When you fill in a form on our website, we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, email address, website URL and, if you choose, a message and whether you want our newsletter.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. When you submit a lead form in one of our LinkedIn ads (for example, to request a free SEO audit), LinkedIn passes us your name, email address, phone number and website. LinkedIn’s own privacy policy covers how LinkedIn handles your data.

Website visits. We collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and device. The site also uses cookies and similar technologies:

Necessary cookies — to make the site work and keep it secure.
Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the site.
Google Ads conversion tag — to measure which ads lead to enquiries.
Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — for marketing and retargeting, i.e. showing our ads to people who have visited our site.
Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings that show how visitors use our pages.

When you submit a form, the Meta Pixel sends Meta your contact details (such as email, name and phone number) in hashed, non-readable form, so Meta can match the enquiry to its users for ad measurement. The Google Ads tag does not send form details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, call you about your request, and prepare and send your free SEO audit.
To provide and offer our SEO services, including consulting and support.
To send our newsletter, only if you asked for it.
To measure and improve our website, services and advertising.
To meet our legal obligations.
To keep our website secure and prevent fraud and abuse (our legitimate interest).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run our website and marketing: SiteGround (website hosting), Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Pixel, Conversions API), Microsoft (Clarity) and LinkedIn (lead forms). Zoho (our business email, where enquiries and LinkedIn leads are delivered).
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process your data outside Georgia, including in the United States.

5. How long we keep it and how we protect it

SEO audit data: 24 months.
Contact details: until you ask us to delete them.
Technical data from website visits: 90 days.

We use SSL encryption for all data transfers, secure servers and databases, limited staff access and regular security audits.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate data;
delete your data;
restrict how we process it;
give you your data in a portable format;
stop sending you our newsletter.
