What We Achieved

“From 0 to 27,000+ monthly visitors”🚀

Europroduct: “An excellent company with a team of reliable experts that always helps you achieve the best possible results.”

The Biggest Challenge

The project started with the brand having zero – or, more accurately, below zero – recognition in digital space. During the initial audit, we found a critical issue: an active no-index tag on the client website, preventing Google from properly crawling and indexing.

  • Technical dead end: Because of the complex dynamic URL structure, Google was unable to clearly separate category pages from standard filtered pages.
  • Starting point: 0 organic traffic, 0 domain authority, 0 indexed pages.
  • Project objective: Drive traffic with conversion potential to priority “Money Page” categories, among them: lactose-free products, sweets, and seafood.

Strategy and Solutions

Alpaca’s strategy was focused on fixing the technical issues and introducing SEO approaches that were still relatively new in the Georgian market at the time.

  • Money Pages & Text to HTML Ratio: To address the dynamic URL issue and help Google better assess the category pages, we added extensive written descriptions directly to category pages. Notably, Alpaca was among the first in the local market to use this approach. This improved the Text-to-HTML Ratio and proved to be an important factor in getting those pages indexed.
  • Turning trends into traffic: We introduced a process for reacting quickly to emerging search trends. Ex. Alpaca identified increased interest in Japanese Mochi and extensively promoted the relevant pages when searches were spiking.
  • Brand Awareness and original recipes: Texts built around original recipes became an important part of the brand awareness strategy. This approach successfully drove a noticeable increase in organic traffic and improved user engagement.
  • Additional off-page SEO: In addition to standard backlink publications, Alpaca earned links for Europroduct from major international platforms with high DA like Wikipedia, Wikivoyage, and TripAdvisor.
  • Rehauling internal structure: Alpaca dedicated multiple separate recipe pages, using them to strengthen the internal linking structure and giving users more interlocked content to engage with across the site.
  • Active media outreach: While the project was ongoing, Europroduct was regularly featured across multiple well-known Georgian media platforms, including Forbes.ge, Commersant.ge, Funtime.ge, Ambebi.ge, Tbiliselebi.ge, Interpressnews.ge, and others.

What Does Our SEO Specialist Say? Ana Qareli

“Europroduct’s growth was a result of a clear strategy and consistent execution. Aligning the content strategy with emerging trends, and active focus on off-page campaigns, helped us offset some of the website’s technical limitations. This case showed us that an SEO campaign built around a company’s actual goals can become a strong source of both high-volume and high-quality organic traffic.”
